I never in my life have heard of…
I never in my life have heard of Mashvisor until I saw an unauthorized debit on my banking account, fear has set in that someone created a false account with you and has accessed my debit card fraudulently. I already called my bank, but I also called the number listed and wouldn’t you know it says to leave a message!!! What is this and how did this happen ? Sorry but not a good feeling right now.

Our team has blocked attempted payments and refunded processed payments. We are working on resolving the issue as quick as possible.

This tool has saved me so much time
This tool has saved me so much manual time for my short term rental arbitrage business. I own 2 different businesses and I’m a mom so using this platform to see analytics has truly been a life saver. Customer service is on point and so helpful. Excited to scale my business with this tool.

They fixed things eventually
I have been falsely billed twice now by this company despite cancelling my subscription. I have called support and cannot even get an answer. I am frustrated beyond measure. Avoid them at all costs - cancelling your subscription is nothing short of impossible. We will see if they reach out and actually refund me, and if so I’ll change my rating. For now, buyer beware! UPDATE: They refunded me for one of the two charges, so I am adding another star back. Will edit further if anything else changes. UPDATE 2: They have now refunded both charges. My only real gripe now is the email only customer support. It seems leaving online reviews gets you faster service compared to going through their support system. Updating review. But y’all - please add some phone customer support for billing.

Thank you for sharing your review. You have signed up for our professional quarterly plan for $299.96 on 8/17/2022. You have cancelled your account on 5/18/2022 after you have been charged. Regarding your most recent order. On our checkout page, we inform our clients, “Agree & Subscribe” enrols you in automatic payments of $299.96 every 3 months starting after the trial until you cancel. You will not be charged anything if you cancel before the end of the trial. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. No refunds or credits for partial months or years. We have made an exception and refunded you both charges! Please allow 2-3 business days to receive the funds.
