I have only ordered once, but I found the prices to be better than retail. My order was packed correctly, efficiently, and quickly, and arrived in a timely manner. The products I received were all in-date and undamaged. Overall, the Martie service was excellent.

Martie could be a GODSEND to anyone living in a food desert or out in the boonies. Lots of areas DO NOT HAVE EASY ACCESS TO GLUTEN FREE, ORGANIC, STUFF! I order Healthy Snacks, Beauty Products, PASTAS ,Great organic Sauces and tomatoes, cute household items , for WAY LESS THAN GROCERY STORES. SHIPPING IS FREE OVER 50.00 BUCKS...and I have Never Had an issue with breakage ..I just don't order chips with cans of SODA!

Great selection of items! The inventory is always changing, and I love the opportunity to try new products I have never seen before. I have been using Martie to stock up on self stable basics that I keep in the camper and home pantry. Every time there is a “national emergency” warning I think about all the meals I could make just adding beans and rice. Hope it never happens. I use the sauces when I just want a fast dinner on the table. Especially like the Indian type curry and sauces. Keep the good stuff coming Martie!

Poorly packed and damaged in transit. Total loss of the package the was broken open and an absolute mess in the entire box. I notified them just for situational awareness. Didn't ask for a refund. Simply wanted them to know. 24+ hours later I was asked to provide a photo so they could "assess the situation". Assess the situation? Why would I have held a photoshoot of the mess or kept the mess for a few days? I did NOT ask for any sort of refund. I will take the loss and be sure to pass the word on my experience. I will not be shopping here again and would urge you to find another place to shop for "final sale" items that may or may not be accurately depicted on their site and may or may not make it to you intact.
