I’ve used this so far for overnight staycations since I’ve gotten it. I really value the YKK zippers knowing that they will lubricate with use…zippers are the make it or brake it off a backpack/bag & I appreciate these. The set up of this bag is also very convenient in many useful ways for my use.

I have been using this Mark Ryden Voyager Bagpack for almost a month now and I am absolutely in love with it! This bag is definitely one of the most useful bagpacks I have ever owned. The main compartment is spacious allowing me to fit all necessary items. It also features various other pockets for greater organization. It is lightweight yet sturdy, plus it is water resistant! It can be used for casual outings as well as trips and it looks great in any setting. Overall, I highly recommend this bagpack. 5/5 stars!

I have not received my item even though I paid for expedited shipping. This was for a gift. I am very disappointed.

I’m still waiting the product. Please ready my review from December and this company reply. They said that the product was going to be delivered. THEY ARE LYING. I bought the product THREE months ago. I sent an email asking for reimbursement and I had no answer. So, I was robbed by this company.

This is the worst company I have ever seen in my life. Don't even glance at their website because you will not receive anything you order and you will NOT get a response from support. This is fraudulent and scam it says it is from the UK but it is from China and the tracking number is fake.
Response from Mark Ryden USA Official StoreNov 21, 2022
Thank you for your feedback Samaritan. We don't agree with your opinion at all, because all our tracking numbers are valid and it is unfortunately not our mistake that you can't use the tracking number to see the status or your order. It is very easy and none of our customers had a problem with it. Also, can you please write us where exactly did you see that we are from UK? Our company is based in USA and our shipping stocks are in US, Canada, Spain, Czech Republic and China. We ship worldwide from all stock according to current product availability and the shortest shipping time. Thank you for understanding.

Dear Abe Abed, we appreciate your comment and in same time we are sorry that you are disapointed. We checked your order and your placed your order with standard shipping, which comes with 10 - 30 days delivery time. This information is visible for our customers at every product page and also in our shipping policy. Delivery of your package is therfore on time according to shipping method, which you selected at checkout. Next time, we would recommend to place an order with express shipping option, which comes with delivery time 5 - 7 business days. Thank you for your understanding, Sophia Mark Ryden USA
