Your backpack was a gift for my husband, and he absolutely loves it. I really appreciate the creativity and practical design; it’s perfect for his business trips and navigating through the airport. To enhance the overall experience, I suggest improving your communication with customers regarding shipment tracking. I noticed the tracking information hadn’t been updated, and the product just showed up unexpectedly. Addressing this issue could make a significant difference in customer satisfaction. Thank you for your attention to this matter!

I did not realize the package was coming from mainland China and it would take over 2 weeks to get here

Guten Tag.
