Although it took a somewhat long time to get my bag, I must say it was worth the wait. I got the Rover 17 inch laptop bag. I live in a very rainy area and have to carry a lot of electronics with me to school, but with the excellent waterproofing materials that the bag is made of, all of my electronics are now safe and dry.

I paid for laptop bag. The bag was never shipped or delivered. I have chased by sending an email but no one has responded. This is a joke.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Absolutely worst experience dealing with them I received the wrong bag and have been trying to reach them via chat, email, facebook messenger and have not received a response anywhere. They said they were going to look into my wrong order issue and then disappeared and haven't heard from them since. Their website says 9pm-5pm support but those are LIES Order from markrydencanada.com in stead. You will at least get a response. Note, markrydenusa and markrydencanda are not affiliated.

Dear Parth, thank you very much for your feedback. We are really sorry that you faced an issue with ordering from us. We would like to clarify that our support team is always helpful to all customers as fast as possible. On the other side, we would like to kindly disagree with your statement that our support team is available 24x7. We don't claim this information on our website. We inform our customers that "We value our customers too much to outsource our customer service and we value our employees too much to be open 24/7". Thank you for understanding. With Kindest Regards, Mike

First order was canceled, supposedly out of stock. So I messaged them and have yet to receive a reply. Did not see my refund yet either. Placed an order for the same bag but with three compartments, hoping it is in stock. Haven’t heard a word about shipping or a reply back to my initial inquiry. Not happy so far; the shipping time for a place that is in the U.S. and processing time is way too long.

Dear Chris, please accept our appolozige for the issue you had. We canceled your order due to empty stock reason for this particular model and did our best to get new models on board asap. Your second order is already on the way and you should already see refund on your account (refunds sometimes can take more time than we wish). Thank you for your review and take care. I want to believe it's a great backpack. So, I purchased it on line and give it a five star but the thing is that it's been a week and I'm still waiting for my order to be shipped. Cannot wait to get my backpack!

nice array of good products, well organized, and easy to find what you want. My only suggestion is that Mark Ryden USA should be more clear in where there products are made.

I am happy to get a chance to review the Mark Ryden USA store and their stuff: I was really satisfied with their approach, fast delivery, and much more positively surprised when I started to use the VOYAGER backpack. Quality, design, material...everything together makes really great value for its price.
