Shipped quickly

Hanger is beefier than the competitor's part I purchased last year.

Only downfall is I wish the box was a little stronger mine came all beat up and the front fork punctured through the bottom resulting in some damage. Not marins fault forsure but still could be prevented. Love this company and these bikes so much this makes my fourth

Got me the part quickly.!!! Happy customer

Items I needed were in stock and shipping was fast.

The ordering experience was super simple and the bike arrived within 4 days. The box arrived with no exterior damage, but I should have opened it before accepting the delivery. I took the box to my local bike shop for assembly and when we took the bike out of the box we noticed that the rear derailer was bent and the front disc was bent and creased. My fault for not checking the inside of the box and the bike when it arrived from the shipping company. Fortunately Rich at Block Bikes is awesome and he was able to fix the derailer and straighten out the front disk; the crease is visible on the front disk and it makes a small noise that is not too noticeable, but if it bothers me after a few rides I will spend the money to buy and install a new disk. The bike is awesome and performs better then expected; it handles great and soaks up the bumps/rocks/ruts like they aren't even there. Love how the bike responds to my riding style; I am 215 lbs and ride hard, this bike has been smooth and controllable on every ride. Awesome bike for sure, just make sure to inspect everything before you accept delivery.

I have the privilege of owning four fantastic Marin bikes, and recently, I ordered a hat and some bearings from them. I was pleasantly surprised by the timely delivery and the accuracy of my order. Working at a bike shop that proudly serves as a Marin dealer, I can attest that Marin consistently proves to be an excellent company to collaborate with.
