Nice shirts just took forever to ship and not packaged too great

I was pleasantly surprised when I got an email response from you, your dealers aren't that responsive. That's why I finally gave in and emailed the factory. I have been riding Marin bikes since the early nineties. I have broken 3 Marin frames in my lifetime, and once I could get a dealership to help me claim back on a life time warranty. Your dealers are not impressive, to say the least. What you could improve on is to check your response to see if your links actually display what you say it will. I asked about 3 items and it took me 3 emails to get all the info. I ordered 2 of the 3 items from Marin about a week apart. Paid shipping separately. If your response was better I could have ordered it the first go around and paid shipping only once. But I'm relieved to get the parts that my 2014 Mount vision needed. So thank you for helping me keep my beloved Marin running. It has done many hard miles, and will do many more with the needed maintenance and parts Thank you.

Bought a brand-new Marin bike. Both tires were defective from the factory. My local shop sent all the photos Marin requested… and then silence. No response from Marin. No help from the dealer. I had to pay for two brand-new tires myself. On a new bike! Absolutely unacceptable.

Order took too long to ship and the through axel does not fit. I used the fitment recommended on the Marin sight. I have an axel that does not fit and had to overnight the correct one from another supplier.

Bought a marin san quentin 3 27.5 2025 almost 3 months ago now overall it's a fantastic bike my only big complaint it that the paint on the bike chips ridiculously easily had a good 5 or 6 big paint chips already and my previous bikes never had that must just have extremely weak paint or lacquer abit of a shame and marin themselves do not supply anything so solve this issue.

Love the hoodie, but it’s 20% polyester. Website says 100% cotton. Meh.

Positives: 1 Good bike, feels comfortable. Negatives: 1. Box came broken. It was also missing the toolkit. Fortunately I had my own kit so I was able to assemble the bike. But feels silly that i paid for the full package but did not receive the entire thing. 2. Bike chain was stuck and I had to wrestle it to remove. Bad packaging imo.

I use an adaptive SQ labs handle bar and ordered a Marin Stem to discover it doesnt work on 31.8mm like the OEM one on a 2018 Rift Zone 3z. A Message sent to return the item remains unanswered. Overall, im thoroughly pleased with Marin products, however customer service regarding upgraded and product upgrade descriptions Are lacking.
