The quality and attention to detail of…
The quality and attention to detail of the product is absolutely amazing. My mother was a seamstress and I understand the importance of high quality materials that are well put together. My wife and I love the products and she looks great in them. I was so pleased with the packaging of the product. It just goes to show that a better product presented well is definitely worth the price of the product. Money well spent!

Quality and presentation are exactly what we strive for, and hearing that both you and your wife are happy makes all our hard work worth it. With Love, MARIEMUR ❤️

Disappointing Customer Service and Shipping Experience
I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and overall experience. For a store positioned as luxurious with relatively high pricing, the shipping time is unreasonably long. The slow and low-quality shipping feels inconsistent with the brand image and pricing, which makes the purchase feel cheap and not worth the money. I am still waiting for my items, and this is the first time I have experienced such slow and poorly handled shipping from a store that presents itself as premium. When I reached out to express my concerns, I only received an automated and impersonal response, which honestly made the situation even more frustrating. For a brand operating at this price level, I expected better communication and support.

Please contact our support team once again, and I will ensure your case is prioritized so we can assist you and resolve this ASAP. Wth Love, MARIEMUR ❤️
