No tracking info on shipment
No tracking info on shipment. I have no idea when to expect the package, this is very inconvenient. Makes intercepting gifts difficult during holiday season

I love this brand.
I received my first order yesterday. The fabric is so soft and pleasant to wear. Your impressions start with opening a MARIEMUR box. I genuinely feel so sexy wearing my garters ❤️ By the way, I truly believe that the customer support team is one of the top that exists. They literally reply within minutes, whenever you need help!!

Amazing gift

Ordered exactly one month ago and…
Ordered exactly one month ago and NOTHING.. customer service regularly lies about the status of my shipment to buy time. I'm going to process a fraudulent case with my credit card as I've had enough of this nonesense They claim 2-7 shipping to USA but it's coming FROM UKRAINE .. no mention of that on their website.. total deceitful behavior

DO NOT SHOP HERE
Literally the worst customer service on the planet. I’ve been waiting for over a month and they’ll just keep giving the run around. Then tried giving a gift card which I don’t want and didn’t ask for. But they’re claiming my package was shipped but ups is saying they don’t have the package still. Then they back peddled and said it’s actually still in customs. It will be just 7 more business days. Then 7 days rolls by and they say “sorry we’ll refund only 30% of the total though.” They don’t listen. And rather than just trying to ship out a new item they’ll just keep repeating themselves. Doesn’t seem like they shipped anything to begin with to be honest. Horrible way to run a business.

Ordered 300 worth of goods (scam)
Ordered 300 worth of goods. 3 months ago, they haven't even shipped. The company keeps claiming they have sent them twice. So I decided to cancel my order. Still no refund yet. Found other reviews on Instagram same story. Do not order from this company
