Good luck everyone finding anything in…
Good luck everyone finding anything in size. It’s always XL bras and S panties available….just take it down or put on clearance when you run out. So extremely frustrating trying to purchase a set of anything. Always out!
Response from MARIEMURAug 5, 2025
Dear David, Thank you so much for your feedback — we completely understand how frustrating it can be when the sizes you’re looking for are out of stock. Please know that we truly hear our customers, and we’re actively working on improving our stock levels by offering more size options across our collections. We kindly encourage you to reach out to our concierge service, and they’ll be happy to check the expected restocking dates for any specific items or sets you’re interested in. With Love, MARIEMUR ❤️

Ordinato 800€ di prodotti il 2 luglio e devono ancora arrivare.. non è possibile contattare l’assistenza. Come posso procedere?
Response from MARIEMURAug 5, 2025
Hello, Thank you so much for your feedback. Please rest assured that our customer service team is always available and has responded to your inquiry. Your order has been shipped, and you should have received the tracking details via email — you can follow the progress of your delivery there. We also see that you selected the Duties and Taxes Unpaid option at checkout. In this case, any applicable customs fees must be paid directly to your local carrier in order for the parcel to be released and delivered. We recommend contacting them with your tracking number for the most up-to-date information. With Love, MARIEMUR ❤️

Over Two Months to Arrive and probably…
Over Two Months to Arrive and probably 60m of emailing and phone calls—Never Again The product took over two months to arrive. The shipping service was appalling, and customer service was completely unhelpful throughout. I wouldn’t buy from them again—or even accept a free item—unless they radically change their logistics. The product is finally here, but yet to unbox. No matter how wonderful, i regret buying from them. Return and refund request sent when product was untraceable were denied.
Response from MARIEMURAug 1, 2025
Dear Achiad, While we’re relieved to hear the product has finally arrived, we deeply regret that the journey to get there left such a negative impression. Your feedback has been shared with our team, and we’re actively working on improving our logistics and support processes to ensure situations like this don’t happen again. With Love, MARIEMUR ❤️
