Optimization has always been a huge priority for me—something I've researched and considered for years. I'm incredibly grateful to have chosen Marek and to have been paired with Joshua. His depth of knowledge is outstanding, and he has a remarkable ability to explain complex concepts in a way that’s both clear and actionable. He's highly responsive and genuinely invested in my success. Over the past year with Marek, all of my markers have improved, and I feel better than ever in my life.

I want to share my deepest appreciation for Marek as a whole, and especially my personal advocate and coach; Carey Doody. From inception as a new Marek client, Carey has advocated on my behalf and made navigating this complex system of health and wellness a non-issue. This has allowed me to focus on what I can control, and has helped me follow my protocol seamlessly without distraction or hurdles. I am nearing the middle of my protocol and I excited for my upcoming lab review 2, to see the growth and improvement of my health. My journey with Marek has just begun, and I am excited to work with Carey on our next steps in optimizing my health! Thank you, Carey for going above and beyond with sharing your knowledge and expertise, and more so for the personal touch and care you show in your guidance and responses! Thank you! Zach Kaahanui

Marek, specifically Joshua, has been a total game-changer in my health, from bloodwork to workouts to mental health. Joshua is highly knowledgeable but, more importantly, curious. When he doesn't know something, he tells you and wants to learn. He's also very responsive to all my questions. I cannot recommend Marek and Joshua enough. I have told all my friends, co-workers, and family about Marek and will continue.

My coach Joshua has shared the same experiences as I which has really helped connect the dots with some issues that I have been dealing with. Also we are on the same page with mostly everything that has to do with how I view a healthy lifestyle and mindset and it’s making a difference day to day and I really appreciate that.

My very first session with Joshua Smith at Marek Health, I knew I was in capable hands. Really put me at ease and explained everything. The Marekd teams expertise in this area is evident. But what I didn’t expect was how passionate about it Joshua would be. It’s infectious quite honestly! I come off our calls excited! Any questions I have had about my test results or any supplement have been answered immediately. I know he’s busy but I’ve never had to wait more than a couple hours for an email reply. Knowledgeable ✔️ Empathetic ✔️ Responsive ✔️ I wholeheartedly recommend Joshua Smith and Marek Health

All around great communication and understanding of the issues and situations that have been identified and addressed.

The complete panel and guided optimization were very thorough and full of helpful insights. My health coach (also named Josh) has been very knowledgeable throughout the process, guiding me through the lab report and making excellent recommendations based on our conversations. I'd recommend anyone giving this a shot to take more ownership over your health!
