Marek Health has proved to be a critical asset in not only improving my health but also optimizing it. Since starting with Marek in 2024, it was discovered through my blood work that my cholesterol, metabolic markers, and testosterone were not within the appropriate range. After talking with my provided health coach Garrett Query and doctor Adam Hotchkiss, we established a plan to improve my health and increase my athletic performance. Garrett Query has always made it a point to check on my progress, answer all my questions in a timely fashion, and encourage me to keep excelling. Fast forward to this year (2025), and I have lost 20 lbs, improved my body composition, and increased my powerlifting total, all while seeing significant improvements in all my lagging health markers. I feel great and am excited for the future ahead working with Marek Health and Garrett Query.

I couldn’t be any happier about my experience with Marek Health, but more specifically, the care I’ve received from my health consultant Joshua. Joshua has gone above and beyond to make sure I understand the ‘why’ behind every recommendation he makes, and he always takes into account my goals and lifestyle. He is also an EXCELLENT communicator. He usually responds to me the same day despite being in a different time zone. On top of that, he is incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and will be your biggest advocate. I am so grateful to have found him because my health has consistently improved over the past year we have been working together. I can’t say enough good things. If you need any help with your health at all, Joshua is your guy!!

Marek has been fantastic. For three years I have been consulting Primary Care and specialty to resolve a medical issue. They had no answers. In my first set of labs Marek found a blood condition that has likely been the culprit. They then offered remedies to alleviate the condition. Caleb has been an excellent Health Coach providing quick recommendations and timely service. He has also been quick to recommend solutions specific to my situation and symptoms. Dr Campbell was great identifying the condition and helping me understand a way forward. I highly recommend Marek.

Marek is the best at what they do! If you want a complete picture of what’s going on with your health I can’t recommend them enough. They leave no stone unturned and after working with them you’ll really understand and feel the difference between functional and optimized health.
