This is the first review i’ve ever left in my entire life. I think it’s a colossal waste of time but i’m so pissed off i can’t really control myself. I’ve been on testosterone for a while now and just moved from Canada to the USA. I needed to get a new prescription on the US side so i reached out to go through the process. Fast forward 40 days, which is an insane timeline. I finally received my package and to my surprise it had 0 medication in it even though i have spent over 1000$ on labs, coaching calls, and medication. I would rather have just found a guy in an underground lab and had him inject me with a rusty needle than go through this again.

That's nice and all. I received my supplements( berberine/multivites) but where's my actual medication ezitimibe? That's what I really need. I can just imagine if I ordered testosterone from marek and I was actually low t, I'd be really screwed and won't feel well. I'd be waiting for a while for testosterone. That's why the black market is more reliable than actually getting it legally. The only reason why I went with Marek is for their more extensive bloodwork and they go over it thoroughly. But if I have to rely on getting testosterone to me on time, not doing it. Just my two cents.

I find it impossible to believe all of the positive reviews. If you are taking the time to research Marek, stop and just read the negative reviews first. You can never be sure the positive reviews aren't paid or shills, but you know the negative ones are real and all of the negative reviews, including mine share identical issues. What Marek doesn't tell you in their media blitzes or anywhere on their website is that if you do not buy Peptides, Testosterone or supplements through Marek, you will not get any guidance or suggestions. They don't tell you this until AFTER you pay $300 for intake fees and AFTER you pay $600 MINIMUM for bloodwork. Some people have paid up to $1700 to get an a la carte panel of blood tests. $250 every 6 months required. In one year you are easily over $1000 before any meds. You have low Testosterone? Great, you need to buy your T through Marek for 10x the cost you can pay anywhere else or you will not get guidance. Same for vitamin D or DHEA or anything else. They suggested SS-31 for me. Online its $70 from everyone, through Marek its $1100! Mots-C online is $85, through Marek $1200. DHEA supplement online is $10, through Marek its $225. Get the idea? When I suggested that I buy these 3 supplements online for $165 they told me if I didn't buy them through Marek for $2525 (literally 15x the cost) they could no longer advise me. My health coach told me "Marek Health ultimately cannot advise you on prescriptions, peptides, and supplements obtained elsewhere and we require our own in-house labs for ongoing Guided Optimization." "Wishing you the best moving forward". I am a 58 year old successful businessman. I say this because I can afford to pay "anything" to maintain my health and wellness. But, I didn't get wealthy by wasting money and overpaying for anything. Unless you are a complete fool, there is no reason to pay this type of premium for supplements and peptides. I found it insulting and offensive to be asked to pay this type of multiple. I wouldn't pay $50 for someone to pump a gallon of gas in my car so I surely wouldn't pay 20x the price for Vitamin D or DHEA I can buy on Amazon or CVS for $10. Be smart, I hope this review saved even one person from this shady business charging excessively for blood tests, scripted guidance and bloated rebranded supplements.

Intake processing was a total joke. Good luck ever getting someone to respond to an email over there. The poor communication from the health coach and customer service made me feel like they just wanted to pass me off to someone else. For what they charge, this is not what you want. They were much better 4 years ago. Find someone else.

Marek flagged my previous review for removal despite it being my honest experience and opinion. Disclaimer: I was a paying customer of this company and this is my true and honest opinion of this company. I paid for guided optimization and was told beforehand that my recent bloodwork (that I did myself through marek) would suffice and save me money. I had a very specific concern I wanted to attempt to optimize better after reading articles from Derek, one of the faces of the company, addressing my exact issue. However, I was later told my recent labs (2 weeks old) would not be satisfactory and I would need 400 dollars worth of new labs, most of which were repeat. There was talk of lots of different supplements for all of my lab values, most of which I already take such as zinc, vitamin D, creatine, etc. I would be weary of any company that seeks to take down critical reviews. I encourage others to search for real experiences on Reddit and you will gain a more accurate picture

paid for a guided consultation for one specific purpose, but the company wants to harp on every detail of the labwork. wants you to order 4-500 dollars worth of bloodwork and then talk about supplements like d3 and zinc that i'm already taking. basically flushed 300 bucks down the toilet. either go to a real doctor or a different optimization company that doesnt have a clear agenda to push as many supplements and unnecessary labs as possible it is my opinion that a lot of the positive reviews here seem AI generated. Marek tried flagging this review for defamation even though it is my honest opinion. I was told my recent labwork would "save me money" since we wouldn't need additional labs.....this wasn't true.

Absolutely and completely unaffordable and useless unless you’re rich. Was charged around $1000 just for my first doctor appointment and blood draw. Then when I received my treatment plan in order to have an effective outcome I was looking at spending upwards of $3000 to $4000 every three months. Complete waste of my time and more importantly my money. Would not recommend ANYONE use their services. Incredible disappointment as someone who came to Marek trusting Derek from MPMD. Just another con artist looking to make quick money of people desperate for any kind of help.

I bought into a promotion a year ago, as part of it, I received a $250 credit. I have email correspondence proof with the individual that I was working with. I didn't move forward with consultation or treatment at that time but retained my $250 credit. After some time, I've decided that I'm ready to move forward and would like to start the process again and utilize my $250 credit. They refuse to honor my credit and are making up every excuse in the book to not honor it. It's a very silly move, get me as a customer for life or skimp on the $250 credit, they chose skimp and rudely at that. Would never use or recommend Marek.
