Marek health has been great. I’m been working with Garrett Kiger as my health coach and have seen some great results for my personal goals . They are very knowledgeable and stay up to date on the latest research to help guide my health plan and I would not have seen the results I have now without their help .

From the initial call with my health coach, Ben, I knew I made a great decision. He was easy to talk to since we have some common interests outside of health, but was super professional and made it obvious that he knew his stuff. Prior to getting my lab work done, I had never had anyone test so many markers and take time to walk me through the results in such an in depth manner. I felt confident that I had the best information possible in order to decide next steps. Ben never pushed me to take an approach I wasn't comfortable with and gave me honest feedback on what I could do in order to achieve my goals. I am looking forward to more follow up tests to see my progress in a couple of months.
