Great products and customer service!

This family owned business quickly earned my respect having been patient with all my questions. They didn't push a product on me and took the time to find the right solutions. I would highly recommend them to anyone seeking assistance with their wheelchair needs.

From: 1. Advising me on the phone as to what scooter best suited my needs & facilitating prompt shipping to me, 2. Troubleshooting my perceived problem with my scooter when I went to the shop while visiting Florida (after Marc’s thorough inspection there was no problem other than my neglect to have it covered while transporting it in the rain) & therefore purchasing one of their custom covers, 3. Again advising me I didn’t need the expensive heavy duty electric lift I had chosen & instead sold me a smaller gently used lift with all the necessary attachments to mount it on my truck for a savings of over $1000, I have nothing but glowing recommendations for Marc’s Mobility! They truly want to fit you with the mobility device that suits your needs without overspending.

Great prices. Everything arrived safely.

Very fast service. This is about the eighth power chair that I purchased from them and I keep coming back because of the good service. They promised me it would be about a week in transit to be delivered to my home and it made it in exactly one week

First Class All The Way! It is an excellent company for handicapped devices. I highly recommend it. They saved me $30,000.00 dollars;

This wheelchair is like brand new! Everything works flawlessly! Customer service was impeccable. Shipping was great! I’ll definitely be using Marc’s mobility for my used wheelchairs from now on.

I've purchased 2 power chairs from Marcs Mobility over the last couple years and I've been happy both times. The chairs arrived spotless and I honestly thought it was a brand new chair. Delivery was quick, although the trucking company sent a very large semi truck which could not pull in my long driveway, so we had to get the crate from the road. A smaller box truck was requested by Marcs, but the shipping company dropped the ball. I've been in a chair for over 40 years, so I know what I want/need and they provided the items I asked for without having to go through the hoops that insurance requires. And it cost me as much as my co pay would have been.
