Marc's Mobility is awesome. Had to get new batteries for a power chair that had belonged to my mother. When the batteries arrived one was damaged. We notified Marcs and they immediately said they would send a replacement. Everyone that we talked with was very professional, kind, understanding. Top notch customer service! Will definitely use them again if needed.

I chose to order my mobility scooter through Marc's Mobility because they are a family-owned business with a strong emphasis on customer care - both during the ordering process & (more importantly) after. Boy am I glad I did! The order I placed for an Atto scooter was plagued with problems from day 1, which had NOTHING to do with Marc's Mobility, as they're simply the dealer. Rather, the issues stemmed from the scooter manufacturer, a company named Moving Life. They originally forgot to put my order through, I waited about 6 weeks for delivery of the device, it showed up and didn't work properly, I had to return the unit, etc. The whole affair was a NIGHTMARE, except for one amazing bright spot. That bright spot was Marc's Mobility themselves, specifically Alex, one of the owners. After first learning about my issue, he took the lead on everything, and fought on my behalf with Moving Life (for many days on end) to rectify my situation 100%. He was ALWAYS an email away, and I had constant communication with him throughout the process. This is a man/company that VALUES its customers! I normally don't leave online reviews, but the service that Marc's Mobility provided was truly superior, and I want others to know that there are still caring, ethical companies out there who appreciate their clientele. Mobility scooters are expensive investments that allow those who are less than able (like myself) to retain some form of independence. They equal freedom, and should be cared for and appreciated. So, it is VITAL that you purchase yours through a dealer who has your best interests at heart. Furthermore... Choosing a dealer who will continue to service you (and your scooter) after the check clears is paramount. Most companies take your money and run. In the event your device needs servicing or a part replaced, your warranty is only as good as the dealer you bought it from. Remember, a mobility scooter equals INDEPENDENCE. A broken or faulty unit can be VERY pricey to fix/replace, aside from the burden of being stuck in one place without wheels to get around. Pick a dealer WISELY! I urge everyone reading this to give Marc's Mobility in Florida a shot. You won't regret it. P.S. - If you search "Marc's Mobility scooters" on YouTube, they have MANY video reviews of scooters you can watch...which are extremely helpful when making a buying decision. Just another example of how this family business goes the extra mile.
