They try hard to satisfied your needs

purchased a used Quantum J4 Power Wheelchair -in mid-September 2021. Around late January experienced a problem. Called and explained the issue. Was told to check the wiring on both ends. Sure enough, replugged the plugs and the problem was resolved, Quick professional help and expert advice. I live near Seatle so taking it in for a look-see was not an option.
