I had an excellent experience when I purchased a used wheelchair from Marcs mobility. I was able to deal with Alex who was extremely friendly and very professional. He spent the time getting my measurements to prepare the chair for me. The video of my used wheelchair allowed me to see that it was in great condition and gave me the confidence to make the purchase from Ohio as they are in Florida. Alex always answered my questions professionally and with a great deal of respect. Chair arrived good condition obviously was a used wheelchair in good condition Have been using since arriving I have only one complaint and that is that the vinyl on the arms is very hard and cracking I fear that it will flake off Not sure what to do about it but may be an additional expense The chair was expensive for me

Mark was very helpful when I called to order the power chair. He upgraded the batteries, provided a warranty and ensured the chair was showroom serviced. He provided Quick delivery and turnkey operation. We have had the chair for about 6 months and even with daily operations it is still going strong. Thanks Mark
