These guys are great! I received my scooter without a hitch. The driver was awesome and he even put the pallet right into my garage where I could easily take the box apart with a razor knife. The scooter is great! The seat is super comfortable and I can adjust it and the tiller in many different ways to fit my needs. And did I tell you that it is FAST!!!??? It flies! It goes twice the speed as my old one. 8 mph is quite a clip! I would not want to go any faster from fear of flipping or losing control! It is the perfect speed for a mobility scooter! I decided I needed a couple more accessories and they are sending me them as we speak! I am so grateful I found these guys by chance. I was first searching for a Pride ZT-10 and they said they were out of stock, so were all the other retailers, but told me they had the Pride Victory LX Sport and after researching them both found the LX more to my liking and need. I am extremely happy with their suggestion and now know it was the right choice! Alex and Marc are dependable and are always there when you need them. I am totally confident that if I ever run into problems that they will take care of me like family. Thanks Guys!!!!

Very pleased with the transaction and the follow up customer service.

good people to work with

I cannot truly express in words how pleased I am with my purchase from Marc’s Mobility. Since I had a unfavorable experience with a competitor of Marc’s Mobility I was apprehensive attempting another online purchase of a mobility power chair. Time was of the essence since my chair was non-operable and the thought of getting such a large item shipped across country was daunting to say the least. Marc was sympathetic to my situation and assured me I would receive the chair in a timeframe that was acceptable to me. Just as promised the chair arrived on time in the condition Marc promised. In fact it was ingenious the way it was packaged for shipping. The trucking company they used were so professional and I was well informed of the arrival time and what to expect upon delivery. Being a 67 year old disabled female I made arrangements for a male friend to assist me with unpacking and set-up. Unbelievable but I had the power chair unpacked and was operating it in my garage before my friend arrived. Happy and thankful for all the wonderful service I received from Marc’s Mobility.

I’m so glad we found you. Gentleman walked me right through this whole process. He was smart, helpful and knew exactly how to lead me in the right direction. I just wanted to say it’s been wonderful meeting Marc’s Mobility and my daughter is so excited to be riding with ease in her new 2022 Afikim. She just adores it and no more holding my daughter down. Now she can go anywhere she wants. Thanks again.
