I had been in the market for a mobility scooter for months and had come across Marc’s channel on YouTube a while back. I was very impressed with the level of detail in the demo videos he and Alex have posted. Originally I was going to do business with another company in Bonita Springs, but when I realized how close I was to Marc, I had to put in an inquiry. Wouldn’t you know it, he called me back the next morning! When I finally returned his call, we set up a time to come pick up my scooter. We headed over to pick it up the next day, and my mother and I got to meet up with Marc and his amazing family, and I got to test out my scooter right there where he films for his channel, which was awesome!! And this isn’t a place where you order on the website and you have to wait for the manufacturer. It’s all in stock there at the warehouse! What an amazing facility! It’s been a little over 2 weeks and I couldn’t be happier with doing business with Marc and his family. We’ll definitely be back when my mother is ready for her scooter!

I’m from Wisconsin and tried for 3 1/2 months to get three different companies here in Wisconsin to help me get batteries for my wife’s wheelchair. Nobody in Wisconsin seem to want to help me. I found Marc’s Mobility on the Internet where they had a video showing how to change batteries on the Permobil wheelchair my wife has, and within a week They had the batteries to my house and everything is fantastic. They are the perfect batteries for Permobil wheelchair my wife has! They are a great company!!!’?

I just made my first purchase from the folks at Marc's Mobility and it was the best online experience I've ever had. They worked with me to get the Pride wheelchair that I wanted in a timely fashion, and it was delivered when promised. They took extra care with the packaging, and it arrived in great condition! They have earned my future business for my mobility needs. I highly recommend this family-owned business for their superb customer service and the care they take in following through on orders.

This is my 3rd Mobility Chair I purchased from Marc's Mobility. I have talked to Marc, Alex and Julie and unfortunately not Fran, his wife. All 3 times these are the most professional people I have dealt with since the good old days. The service, information and courtesy dealing with this company is extremely rare these days. I ordered the latest chair on Tuesday and it arrived on Friday in Dallas. It was exactly in the condition as described on the website, the pictures and as Marc described when I talked to him.. I moved to Saint Cloud,FL two years ago and soon after bought an e-Wheels scooter that worked well for about two years until it recently failed and could not be repaired. So I looked around on line and came upon Marc’s Mobility in Lakeland, FL., only about 50 miles away from me. I saw that they offered the same model eWheels scooter I had, as well as many other scooters for various medical, leisure and transportation needs. The problem I had was that it was almost impossible to find anyone who would or could fix my eWheels scooter. So, my initial intention calling Marc’s Mobility was to see if they could fix my e-Wheels scooter or, if not, what alternatives that had available. When I called Marc’s Mobility last Saturday, Alex, Marc’s son answered, and after explaining my situation to him he spent a good deal of time informing me that he had poor experiences with e-Wheels scooters due to their lack of service, parts and follow up; and that he may even be discontinuing carrying that line as a result. Then, he explained to me that he had recently purchased a brand new electric leisure scooter from a new American manufacturer - distributor he met at a convention. The company is called Freedom Scooters, based in Tennessee. The scooter is the Freedom Chaser 1000 and it is awesome. It is classified as a “leisure” scooter, not a medical mobility scooter; the main reason being that it is equipped with 48 V of power, three speeds and can go as fast as 30mph on a full charge…so, please wear a helmet if you buy this scooter! Alex and his staff had just got it in to his warehouse, assembled it and posted a well produced video of it. He explained all the details of its features to me and he offered to hold it for me until the following Monday. He gave me what I felt was a great price considering that I paid almost the same amount for my e-Wheels EW 18 which has a lot fewer features and is smaller and slower than the Chaser 1000. So, I purchased the scooter on their website and drove out to pick it up today. Marc, Alex and their staff are extremely helpful, kind and attentive. They spent a lot of time with me at their warehouse covering the operating and safety procedures of the scooter, it’s features and warranty, etc. I had the impression that they cared about me, my needs and my safety. I also left with a good feeling about their ability to service the scooter if need be. I seriously doubt I will have any of the same problems with Marc’s Mobility and this scooter that I did trying to get service for my e-Wheels scooter. I am very happy with Marc’s Mobility and feel fortunate to have found them on the web. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a wide variety of scooters.
