Sal was really a lot of help when it came time to make a purchase of a Harman lift for my truck and a cover for my Quantum Rival chair. Even before that the videos on YouTube were really fanstastic.

The scooter is wonderful. My wife really likes it and fulfills the needs that we were looking forward to do. It was really easy to set up and look forward to a lot of long time using it. Thank you very much.

Very quick response. Had a few questions/issues and even on the weekends they were very responsive. The issues were small quibbles/how-tos with the manufacturer and NOT Marc's. In a industry with many flaky and shady retailers of mobility devices I could not have asked for better service.

They do what they say.....within 2 hours of doing my online order, Alex called with questions to make sure my scooter was the right one for me. He told me exactly what was going to happen with the shipping and delivery. Shipped the next day and arrived in perfect condition, on time. Would definitely buy from them again!
