I’m an 81-year-old guy living on bumpy, hilly property and recently, while working on the hill, my power chair flipped over backwards and tossed me into a thorn bush. So I looked everywhere for a better alternative and was ultimately drawn to Marc’s Mobility by their excellent videos and information. Since we don’t live close enough to do a test drive, the videos were the next best thing at showing me all of the features of the Baja Wrangler 2. Sal took my order and was very proactive in helping when there was a glitch from the factory regarding shipping. It was clear he had my interest at heart and was concerned that I receive it as quickly as possible. He did what he said he would do, which was to keep me informed and let me know when it would leave the factory. As the saying goes, Sal “had my back” and kept after the manufacturer to speed them along. When it arrived I soon discovered that it was exactly what I needed and I’m thrilled at the improvement in my mobility and my safety. A few days later I wrote to Sal with some questions and also regarding some accessories I wanted to order. True to form, Sal’s response was prompt, thorough, and very helpful. I was very comfortable dealing with him. Pride Mobility definitely has reason to feel Proud of its equipment AND having Marc’s Mobility and Sal on its team.
