Excellent customer service! I was called by the owner after placing my order just to make sure everything was right. My order was shipped fast and arrived in perfect condition.

This is truly one of the best companies I have ever dealt with in pursuit of any product I have ever purchased. That sounds like a bold statement but it is absolutely true. Sales persons are the top of the line especially Sal. We ordered a used electric wheelchair and it malfunctioned. NO PROBLEM Their customer service is top shelf, 5 * and they make handling a problem as easy as it can be. Then there are the videos that they prepare for their customers. They are real and terrific. I just cannot say enough good things about this family owned company. If more companies were run like this, the world would be a better place.

I bought a new Jazzy Elite HD Power Chair by Pride Mobility from Marcs Mobility because I have delt with them over the years. 8 plus years ago, I could no longer walk. So disability was new to me. These people have always been so nice and helpful regarding question I had. When my old chair went out completely, Scott at Marcs Mobility went above and beyond to assist me. I got my chair (my legs) in about 3 days after I bought it. My new chair is a life saver and I am now out of my bed and independent once again.
