Website and Videos were extremely helpful, along with the ability to compare the various product features. Also liked that they clearly showed the weight capacity limits for all of the products. Scooter arrived much quicker than expected. Very helpful on the phone. Great customer service.

Easy fast and courteous service. I tried at other companies to get this specialized lift chair and they all had a 4 to 6 week delivery time. Being disabled vet,I needed chair quickly. Well by using Marcs I was napping and enjoying my chair in less than 1 week. Do yourself a favor if you need a mobility device please give Marcs Mobility a call, they will hook you up. By way chair is amazing.
