Marc's Mobility exceeded all expectations. The White Glove delivery service was terrific. Delivery was on time. The Ultra Lift Chairs were brought into the home, unboxed, assembled and tested. Everyone at Marc's Mobility was courteous and professional. Communication - top notch.

I have owned the same Pride Mobility Go-Go Travel Elite scooter for over 15 years. While the scooter still works it has taken a real beating from being handled many times by the airlines. I carry the scooter with me in the back of my car wherever I go. Having a mobility scooter to help me get around places has really changed the quality of my life. When I decided it was time to upgrade my 15 year old Pride scooter I started doing my research. I was a computer programmer / system engineer for 30 years. I have done a lot of research for my work. Doing the research to find the best mobility scooter dealer was an important requirement of any scooter purchase. After researching many different mobility scooter dealers all over the USA I decided to purchase from Marc’s Mobility in Lakeland, Florida. I have always been impressed the quality of Pride mobility scooters and Marc’s Mobility is one of the leading Pride dealers in the states. However, being a leading dealer is something you will hear from a lot of scooter dealers if you take the time to call them. What really makes Marc’s Mobility stand out is the superior customer service, honestly, and product knowledge. This is something you don’t get from every scooter dealer. If you live in a state the collects sales tax on internet purchases from other states you are obligated to pay those taxes. Marc’s Mobility is one of the few scooter dealers that understands these tax laws and is upfront and honest about it. While many Internet scooter dealers will tell you that you don’t have to pay sales tax and that buying from them will save you money, do your research! If your state requires you to report and pay sales tax on Internet purchases from other states and you don’t pay them, it can and will cause you more trouble than the amount of tax you should have paid will every be worth. It can lead to you eventually having to pay the sales tax, late fee, plus penalty and a possible audit. Check with your state sales tax law web site for more information before you make your purchase. Freight shipping can be another big issue for some folks. These scooters are primarily shipped by freight trucking companies using 18 wheel trucks. This is not an issue if you live where these large 18 wheel trucks can come to your house. The driver will drop the large box off the truck at the end of your driveway. If you, like me live where the 18 wheel truck won’t deliver, getting a scooter delivered can be a major headache. I contacted 15 of the largest mobility scooter sales sites in the USA before I made my scooter purchase. I explained my issues getting 18 wheel trucks to deliver to my house and asked what they could do to get the scooters delivers by box tuck instead of a 18 wheel truck. Marc’s Mobility was the only scooter dealer that was willing to guarantee that my scooter would be delivered by box truck. If you need this box truck delivery service this is a game changer so do your research before you make your purchase. Marc’s Mobility did not give me anything to write this review. In fact I was so impressed with Alex and Marc that I not only purchased a new Pride Go-GO Endurance to replace my 15 year old scooter. I also purchased a Pride Baja Wrangler 2 to use on my rural property. Marc’s Mobility was true to their word and made sure both of the scooters were delivered by box truck. The driver backed the truck up to my shop and unloaded both scooters using a pallet jack and dropped them inside my shop. Exactly as I had been promised. Also, I want to add that scooters I purchased from Marc’s Mobility cost less than any other dealer I contacted. My invoice number P.O.410172 can be verified by Marc’s Mobility if you have any doubt that I paid for these scooters myself. I am a firm believer that you need to recognize good products, good people and good companies so that is why I took the time to write this review. Please do your research before you buy any scooter online. Don’t be fooled by cheap advertised pricing, free shipping, or tax free sales. Based on my own personal experience with Marc’s Mobility I can fully recommend them. Marc’s Mobility is a honest company with great people working there. Went online to order my chair. Alex called the next day to make sure the chair would fit my needs. The chair was sent out that day and I received it 2 days later. The WHILL Foldable Power Wheelchair Model Fi I bought for my wife is excellent. It is an lightweight wheelchair, can be used indoor and outdoor as well. Very easy to operate. Great and value for money 💰. We like it very much.

I have been a customer since 2006. I constantly get products and new chairs and lifts from them. They are always great to help me, and will make sure that I am buying the correct thing for my use, and won’t just sell me something just to sell me something.

When I called Adam answered the phone even though y'all were about to close for the day. He answered specific questions I had asked and then took my number down and called me back the next day to continue with the self. Even though I already knew what scooter I wanted after extensive researching, he still answered and asked me specific questions about the scooter. I bought the buzz around carry on I received it the day after I had ordered it and have used it extensively and love it. Even when they were having issues with their web page when I was ordering it, they immediately got on to their system and fixed the issue Adam and Steve got it back up and running and Adam walked me through the complete ordering process. I will be definitely going to Marc's mobility for future needs.
