Alex from Marc’s actually took the time to call me long distance to clarify my order and to provide the best possible item. All this for a $100 item! Very impressive!

The lift was just as described. My husband installed it right away and I am so excited because I am now free! I can go when and where I want because its so easy to load/unload my scooter now. Wonderful. Just turn the key, press the button and that's it. I don't have to touch the lift-not even to tie the scooter down-it has an automatic arm that does that!

Marc and his daughter were very helpful explaining the wheel chair functions. The seat set to far back and I called Marc and he explained how to fix it. Thanks!

Great service. Firstly, they checked to make sure that the batteries I had ordered were a match for the chair and secondly, they were delivered very quickly. The power chair will be back it service within a week.

I spoke to two different individuals at Marc's Mobility. They both took their time with me. They were knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. When they didn't know the answer, they found the answer. They kept me informed throughout the process. I was very apprehensive, but they made me glad that I trusted them.

We found the detailed videos of the scooters on the website extremely helpful on many levels. We could see the actual size compared to a person since we didn’t want it to be too small. They also showed all of the features, how to break it down as well as helpful information not shown in the manual. We recommend watching the videos. The whole experience was pleasant and very easy. Ordered it on Sunday and received it by Friday. They called us on Monday morning to verify the scooter was the right choice for us. The scooter arrived on time and was very well packed. It was almost completely assembled upon arrival so we didn’t have to do much at all. We highly recommend purchasing from Marc’s Mobility. It’s a family owned business (which we love to support) and their customer service is outstanding.

I ordered a chair that was back ordered a month and a half. Sal called me and told me he looked for a chair comparable, because I couldn’t wait a month and a half. He described and explained the differences between the chairs, which were minimal. He was very patient with my questions. He made sure the chair was the correct size for me and even called back to make sure. He said I should have the chair in a week, and I did. This chair is perfect for me. It fits, it has all the positions and capabilities that I didn’t even know I wanted or needed. Marc’s Mobility has been wonderful. They are thoughtful, caring and offer the service that seems so rare in today’s world. I would recommend them to anyone, and will definitely come to them if I encounter any more mobility issues.
