Was treated well. Got my order quick and it was like brand new.

Excellent customer service and very fast delivery. Unfortunately, I had to return the lift I purchased, but not because it was defective, after using it once, it didn't work out for my needs. Returning it is simple as I live in FL and will be deliveries it in person and it will allow me to ship in person for other mobility devices.

My insureance company was no help in telling me how to find a chair. I was forced to go on line.I must have sampled five or six vendors before finding Marcs mobility. They asked what I was looking for and helped me find a good fit for my needs (my needs not theirs). I finally settled on a carbon fiber folding chair. The experience before, during and after purchase was well above average. I would absolute recomend Marcs Mobility. Fred in Nevada

Good vids your team made helped a lot with putting it together…paper instructions were terrible. Works great…securing the two covers was a little wonky…not a great design to fit tightly, but made it work and everything else worked great. Turns on a dime! Also great customer service…friendly and informative, and helped us get a rebate on the tax. Thanks!

After shopping online for months for a mobility scooter, I purchased a PRIDE Baja Raptor 2, 3-wheel scooter from Marc's Mobility in Lakeland, Florida and I'm really glad I chose Marc's Mobility. The folks at Marc's Mobility offered some excellent videos on their web site and when I had questions about the scooter I was interested in, they were very quick to respond. Marc, the owner, and Alex, his son, answered all my questions and, overall, were very professional with their customer interaction. I would highly recommend this company - Marc's Mobility - for the expertise that they offer their customers. What was really amazing is that the delivery time took less than two days from the time the scooter was picked up from the warehouse in Las Vegas by the freight company to the time it was delivered to my house (near) San Jose, California. Actually, the delivery time was almost exactly 40 hours - a really fast delivery time. Anyway, check out the videos on their web site. They are really, really helpful. If you choose Marc's Mobility, you definitely won't be disappointed. Oh, and by the way, I ordered a Candy Apple Red scooter and boy, is it GORGEOUS! It's a real gem, a real beauty! I feel so blessed to have stumbled upon Marc's Mobility website, youtube videos and the products provided. The staff was exceptional in their guidance, helpful information and going above and beyond to alert me to rebate programs I am eligible for. Their youtube videos turned out to be exceedingly helpful in that my wheelchair technican didn't know about all the adjustments that could be done for my Jazzy wheelchair seat - I showed them Marc Mobility's youtube tutorial and the technican was able to adjust my seat position to help mitigate tipping. I cannot express into words the HIGH PRAISE I have for this company and their service!
