I'm sorry but I am in such a bad way every one has done with me and I have no family in mind but my son and my grandson I worry they want have the money to buy My funeral and my burial I'm just praying that I get approved for the rest my days and I will never forget y'all helped me get a foot on the floor

Overall, the service from Marc's Mobility was exceptional. All tasks were completed with the utmost courtesy. I will, most likely do business there, if needed, in the future. Only two problems. (1) One of the new batteries was defective. The defective one was, after I had it load tested to find the problem, was promptly replaced. (2) The batteries were not the Interstate batteries I had ordered. For now, the batteries are operating perfectly. Great business that gives, prompt and honest personal service.

Marcs mobility is a great company to deal with. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They are knowledgeable in the products they sell. Their pricing for what I need was the best I could find during my search The only issue I had that kept me from rating a "5" was that somehow my shipped items did not arrive as expected. I will still buy from Marcs Mobility again and I recommend that you do also!

It started off wobbly (seat base) but things got fixed and I love my new legs, thanks Marc and team. I would have given 5 star if the chair had not needed repairs. I would have never sent out a chair needing that modification repair as it was very un-safe for me (a C 5/6 SCI). Yes you fixed it but again, should not have gone out (very stressful and could have resulted in a life/death fall after 50 yr post injury), thank you.

My new JAZZY chair has made a huge difference for me. I am able to go to the grocery store and reach my items on the top shelf without waiting for help. It is also narrower than my other JAZZY, so I can move around my apartment much easier, especially my kitchen. Reaching items on the top cupboards is especially helpful for me, as I like to cook. I glad I watched the video of this product, as that is what sold me on this chair. THANKS MARCS MOBILITY.

I had a great experience except when I called for help because the chair is too big for my bathroom. I just got told too bad. I even said I know it will cost me money. The man still told me no, nothing he can do. I believe the woman that answered the phone put Marc's son on to talk to me. When I ordered the chair I spoke to Marc and he was sincerely nice and gave me an extra seat cushion. Marc gets a 5, his son not so much.
