The informational videos were super helpful. Shipping was speedy. The package arrived just as described. The Jazy Carbon was very easy to pop open and ride immediately. It was perfect for my frame (5'8" 180lbs) but could certainly do well for someone larger than I. Customer service was great. The low price made me nervous when buying on line, but as it turned out I received a high quality chair that will hopefully last me for years to come. I purchased this for travel, as my daily chair weighs 325lbs, limiting my opportunities and making it unreasonably expensive. This new Jazzy Carbon is a game changer for me as far as independence while traveling.
