They made sure that the electric chair I ordered was exactly what I needed. They even called during process to inform me that chair had been shipped and should be here soon. Arrived very soon after and I am more than pleased. It is rare that a company does everything that it claims that it will do, but Marc's Mobility shined in that department. Thank you so much. I bought a Pheonix Power Wheelchair. The staff was very helpful making sure I got the right chair for my husband's. It is very light, but very sturdy and easily folded to be put in the back of my Suv. My husband loves this chair.

Great customer service. In a greedy world, Marc’s is very reasonably priced. Quality inventory.

Both the product and Golden Technologies are excellent. The GP162 is very well built, easy to assemble and drive. Its learning curve is about 15 minutes. It is so quiet that the only sound heard is the click when it goes into gear. Golden is immediate with their responses to email questions.
