Response time from this company is very impressive!! I also got a call soon after ordering to make sure the wheelchair I chose would meet my needs and gave me options if I needed to switch to a different one. They also have more than one finance option to choose from.

The entire process was great, if I had known earlier how easy I'd have done this 8 months ago (totally my fault, fear of the unknown, I guess). The only thing I am confused on is I thought my seat cushion was adjustable via an air valve on the underside. satisfied customer, thank you.
