Marc’s Mobility listens to customer needs and concerns. This company is extremely helpful and works hard to meet customer needs. The scooter I purchased on 7/19 has not arrived yet so I cannot give my thoughts on it. There seems to be a problem with getting the delivery I hoped would arrive soon. I was informed Estes Freight was handling the shipment so when I had heard nothing from them I called them on 7/24 to ask about the status. I was told a different freight company would be making the delivery and I should hear from them soon. So far, nothing. Sure hope my scooter comes in the next week or two.

What a great company and unmatched Service !! Thank you Mark and Alex for your support and clarifications on both wheelchairs I purchased. special thanks to Alex for the assistance and support extended to me overseas and the time he spent listening and troubleshooting my wheelchair.

The Jazzy Carbon is wonderful. However, I still have not received my additional battery, which I have already been charged for. That is the cause of the 4 stars instead of 5 Star.

The customer service is great. They are very responsive and at times almost too responsive. They are helpful in answering questions and placing an order. Once I made the order I was contacted by two different representatives saying they showed a product in my cart and wondered if I needed help placing the order. It’s nice of them to reach out, but I had placed the order already. It made me think my order did not go through. But to have a second person reach out, was more confusing. I don’t know if it was a lack in the system or not. But prior to making the order and deciding on which one to purchase, I did reach out and they were really helpful in guiding me.

it was a great experience. i'm from maine so i had trepidations about purchasing from a company down in Florida. Well it couldn't of gone any better! They shipped my chair directly from the company and it arrived perfectly in about a week from purchase. it came all set and ready to go! The chair works perfectly and i can't say enough about the sales staff thank you for your help and watching the youtube videos really really helped my choice joe

Marc’s obility was excellent to deal with. The Permobile was delivered as described. The seat cushion has a inflatable ROHO that is damaged. Contact with Marc’s Mobility and a replacement was shipped the same day. That equals a A+. The only thing thing that could be better is better pre ship quality control. Thanks Marc Mobility
