I purchased a Jazzy Carbon wheelchair in June or July of 2024. I live in Fort myers Florida. I made an appointment to purchase a Scooter and Adam helped me to see what would fit my needs. The Jazzy Carbon wheelchair worked best for me with my Condo. I am very happy with my purchase and with Adam taking the time to work with me. I would recommend Marcs Mobility. It was worth the drive from Fort myers. Ask for Adam . I appreciated his help.

I called this company because I needed a charger for a Pride Mobility scooter that was left by my dad. The charger had the end of it that had come loose and needed to be soldered. I talked with Adam and he gave me more information on my scooter than I even knew about. He was so helpful. He found me the right charger that I needed, but at this time it was a little more than I could spend. He suggested I find one on Amazon and gave me the exact one that I needed. I understand that this is not something an employee should be doing, but it was so nice not to be forced or have something shoved down my throat that I could not afford. The time and effort he took help me was beyond measure. I will definitely recommend this company and Adam for a job well done. A very satisfied customer.

My wheelchair wasn't charging up properly so I contacted Alex. He said that it sounded like my charger had a short in it, and it was several years old. He said he could send me a replacement right away. I ordered it and it came very quickly so that I wasn't without my wheelchair. Every time I need something, whether it's for my Jazzy Air 2, or just advice about something, Alex and Marc answer immediately. They are so kind and caring, and I love the fact that it's a family run business. They are wonderful people and the service is great. They have the biggest selection of wheelchairs, scooters, etc. that I have ever seen, and if you order from them, the shipping is free. I highly recommend that you check out Marc's Mobility videos on YouTube and on Facebook to get much more information.
