Marc’s Mobility is the BEST!

I can’t say enough good things about Marc’s Mobility! After I left a message, Marc personally called me back and didn’t try to sell me anything—instead, he went above and beyond by walking me through step-by-step instructions to remove the batteries from my wheelchair, even though it wouldn’t power on. His guidance was clear, patient, and worked perfectly. It’s rare to find someone who truly cares and takes the time to help without pushing a sale. If I lived on the mainland, I would absolutely rely on Marc for all my mobility needs. Highly recommend!

We purchased a Quantum eye level electric wheelchair for my mother and from the very first call we could feel the dedication and caring in voice of everyone we interacted with especially Adam. In order to assist us with the right selection and accurate fit Adam spent a lot of time listening to stories and challenges of life in our manual chair that we hoped to eliminate with this purchase. His genuine empathy and patience is something we have not seen in a very long time. After receiving the chair he walked me through making needed adjustments and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was perfect. The selection, purchase and delivery processes were all explained in detail and everything went smoothly just as planned.
