I’ve bought two scooters from Marc’s Mobility. The first one was stolen. I placed the order for my new scooter yesterday and it got here 28 hours after I ordered it! How is that even possible?! I couldn’t be more pleased. These guys are quick to answer questions. There’s useful how-to videos for assembling their merchandise. And they’re fast! I can’t recommend them enough.

I ordered my father a new chair from Mark! And it was nothing but happiness for us!!! The assembly of the chair upon arrival was soo easy to follow!! I’m beyond happy with the shipping and delivery!! And the chair is better than we ever imagined!! Now my dad can walk our dog every morning again!!! Thank you Mark for all of your help!!!

We received immediate help! I found Marc's Mobility website and ordered what I "thought" I needed. I was contacted by Alex immediately calling to doublecheck my order before shipping out. It's a good thing, because I had ordered the wrong replacement batteries for older model (but like new) Quantum 600 mobility scooter. He gave me measurements of batteries to make sure. I am so thankful that he called so we didn't have to waste more time and money doing a return. I also spoke with Mindy. Very nice. We also ordered a new charger. We found the prices to be very good. Free shipping. We received order within days! We definitely recommend Marc's Mobility for others and will use again, if needed in the future. I love that this is a small FAMILY business.
