We just ordered a wheelchair identical to one we purchased 4+ years ago. Whenever there are issues and there are few, we can contact Marc's for exacting help. They do what they say they are going to do, and that means a lot. Thank you for all the help.

I got my batteries in a couple days
I would recommend Marc's for any electric wheelchair needs,really nice and helpful people and the make sure your getting the right thing for what you need

had to drill out one side to get the…
had to drill out one side to get the bolt to go thru it. otherwise fabulous . may need a different hitch for the suburban. will check the height tomorrow .

Fantastic Experience
This company has been fantastic. They have a ton of videos that were extremely helpful in narrowing down the right device for our needs. I reached out to customer service to ask some questions and further discuss our options. They made several suggestions but did not pressure a purchase at all. When I was finally ready to place an order online, Alex reached out once again to make sure this was the right device for our needs. We received the device within three days. There was a small issue upon delivery, and Alex immediately made sure that issue was resolved. I cannot recommend this company enough! Wonderful experience.

Outstanding Customer Service
Marc and his family have a large inventory of mobility scooters, wheelchairs and power recliner chairs. During my visit, Marc and Alex showed and let me test ride multiple scooters that was right for my personal situation. There sales representative Michael, made my purchase simple and easy. I highly recommend Marc's Mobility whether your purchase is online or in person.
