Hi Janet, Thank you for your great feedback! We’re so glad to hear you were pleased with our selection, follow-up call, and fast service. We apologize for the mix-up with the frame color and totally understand how important those details are. While we’re glad the black frame works for you, we’ll make sure to double-check our processes to avoid similar issues in the future. We truly appreciate your understanding and your support, and we hope the product continues to meet your needs. We look forward to serving you again!

Hi Jorge, Thank you for your valuable feedback, and we’re so glad to hear that you had a great conversation with Marc and are happy with your new power wheelchair. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience with the delivery. We strive to make every aspect of the process as smooth as possible, and we understand that moving a large box to your third-floor apartment wasn’t ideal. We’ll be reviewing this with our team to improve future deliveries. We truly appreciate your business and your understanding, and we’re always here if you need anything moving forward.
