After researching several avenues to obtain a good power chair and having no luck, it was refreshing to find Marcs mobility with shipping included along with all the helpful reviews on the equipment they sell. Don't change a thing, I believe your family-owned approach and transparency is right on track.

Although we had a little glitch at the beginning of my purchase process it was cleared up fast and the rest went well. When talking to everybody that works there they were all very helpful and professional . I would not hesitate in doing business with Marc’s in the future. Their videos are very informative and helpful.

These guys are very easy to get in touch with if you have a problem. They are always willing to help and do whatever they can do for you. I have purchased numerous things from them in the past and will continue to purchase from them in the future. Even though I placed my order online through Marc’s Mobility, the communication over email and phone made the entire experience feel incredibly personal. I’d gladly recommend Marc’s Mobility to anyone in need of a reliable mobility solution. I also really enjoy the YouTube videos from Marc, Alex, and Scott—their insights into wheelchair options and comparisons are a fantastic resource. And by the way, thank you for the Labor Day discount code—it was much appreciated!

Support is what makes this company different. In this world of uncaring DME, insurance companies, product manufacturers and unscrupulous ebay sellers, Marc's mobility was the only one to reach out and help me and my wife get her wheelchair straightened out. Can't recommend more highly!
