ManyChatReviews of manychat.com

A terrible service; there are much cheaper and more effective ones out there. They constantly try to charge you, and it’s impossible to cancel the subscription until the cancellation window (a month) arrives—and all the while, they keep trying to take your money.

Great product, horrible billing plan. I have no contacts, I deleted every single one and they try to charge me $45 and charged me without even knowing for months. I cancelled it.

Many chat has really helped me out as a busy creator lots of comments coming and manychat has always come in clutch

Would be useful but the way the pricing works is pretty repulsive. You never know how much you will pay. It goes up as you have more and more followers but i dont want to send anything to my new followers. Finally, i had enough.

I really want to like this app but it frustrates me beyond the stars! First of all there is NO customer service which is insane due to how many glitches and problem the app has. It makes no sense to pay money for something that doesn’t function as intended. The chats I have don’t fire off correctly and has me losing dozens of leads per day. I’m not sure why they chose this model but it sucks and the need to rethink this model.

Terrible support and a horrible platform. They caused my company losses amounting to hundreds of thousands of dollars. They banned my account twice in a row, including all of my PRO plan accounts, right in the middle of active campaigns with over $5,000 per day in ad spend. To make matters worse, their support response time was unacceptable. Even after marking the issue as Critical, I waited more than 10 hours without any response while my business was being severely impacted. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ManyChat. If your business depends on automation, I strongly suggest choosing another platform rather than relying on a service that can suspend your accounts without warning and take so long to provide support during a critical situation.

My experience with Manychat has been extremely frustrating because I keep receiving unwanted messages connected to the service and cannot properly unsubscribe. The unsubscribe process does not appear to work reliably, or it does not provide a clear way to fully opt out. For a platform built around automated messaging, this is a serious problem. Users should not have to fight a system just to stop unwanted messages. Manychat needs to fix its unsubscribe and suppression process so that people can clearly and permanently opt out.
