Very disappointing experience with billing and support. For two months I was charged USD 199 instead of my USD 99 plan. I raised this with support and followed up for almost two months without a resolution. Instead of refunding the overcharge, my active subscription was cancelled, and I was asked to pay again to reactivate it. The refund still hasn't been located by their finance team. I'd recommend checking your invoices carefully and considering other options before subscribing. *UPDATE* Marina has helped me and went above and byond to resolve my issue ... Thanks supporting team

C'est une arnaque, ils m'ont prélevé 400€ au lieu de 39€, pour un système qui ne fonctionne pas. C'est une application du groupe MeTa et qui m'a fait banne ir de WhatsApp au moment de l'intégration de celles-ci.

I was trying to have my IG contacts get uploaded to a google sheet. ManyChats team kept on telling me it was a google sheet issue even when in all reality it wasn't. I spent a week talking with a very incompetent tech support team and they could never resolve this simple issue. I think its a software issue! Dont get Many chats if you are trying to export your data onto a google sheet.

Pretty disapointed. Automations aren't firing with every keyword, meaning things get messy really quickly. Then I've turned off and deleted all 4 of my keyword responses nearly a year ago - they're still firing. Making us look completely unprofessional. Had to end up just disconnecting everything and removing the app. Find it amazing how you can charge such high prices for such a broken system. On top of that, Your "contact" numbers get way out of control even with a medium sized page making billing unsustainable Even someone reacting to a story counts as a contact - Klaviyo has unlimited auto replies on social with their entry level plans - save yourself the money and go there! Support AI chat was impossible to deal with as well, seems impossible to talk to a human
