Restricted from Instagram right after starting using manychat

its very frustrating that i can't get ahold of anyone for support. i only get emails back about some creator program manychat is trying to push. there's no customer experience team. they just try to automate everything and it does not work well, i guess that's a reflection of the product too because its not simple to use, im a month in and still struggling with getting it to work effectively.

After using ManyChat for my Instagram automation, I experienced consistent technical issues that directly hurt my account's reach and engagement. When I contacted support, responses were slow, unhelpful, and felt entirely automated, no real human ever stepped in to resolve anything. What pushed me over the edge was the billing. Charges were inaccurate and the pricing structure was misleading. When I provided clear evidence of the discrepancies, support acknowledged it and did nothing. Bad policies. If you're a content creator or small business owner who has spent real time building an audience, this service is a liability, not an asset. The combination of unreliable automation, opaque billing, and non-existent human support makes ManyChat a risk I'd strongly advise against. There are better tools that won't damage the reach you've worked hard to build.

I wanted to test the AI Chat replier, tested it for 5 minutes and didn't like it (it was 1 month ago). I never used it again (it was just turned off) and now i am getting billed $300+! When you try to contact the support all you get is AI agent spamming with similar messages and nothing else. AVOID!

RECLAMACIÓN POR INTENTOS DE COBRO NO AUTORIZADOS Por medio de la presente, deseo informar y presentar una reclamación formal respecto a varios intentos de cobro realizados por la empresa ManyChat, Inc. por un importe de 348,00 USD, los cuales no reconozco ni he autorizado. Al tener conocimiento de dichos cargos, procedí inmediatamente a acceder a la plataforma de la empresa para cancelar cualquier posible suscripción asociada a mis datos. Asimismo, contacté con el servicio de atención al cliente de ManyChat para comunicar expresamente que no reconocía dicha suscripción ni autorizaba ningún cobro relacionado con la misma, solicitando la cancelación definitiva y el cese de cualquier intento de facturación. A pesar de haber realizado estas gestiones y de haber manifestado claramente mi oposición a dichos cargos, la empresa continúa intentando efectuar cobros a través de mi tarjeta bancaria. Solicito que quede constancia de mi oposición expresa a estos cargos por considerarlos no autorizados. Adjunto copia de las comunicaciones mantenidas con la empresa, así como las notificaciones recibidas relativas a los intentos de cobro.

I like the idea, and when it works, it's awesome. But many times, it doesn't work, or stops working in the middle of a running campaign. There is no helpdesk and it takes forever to find and solve the problem. This costs too much unfortunately (both time and leads). The idea is great, I hope they improve. I have a free account now, but if it would work better, I would definately take a payed account.

Server spesso down, automazioni che se fatte in modo un pò più complesso vanno in tilt. Sto facendo periodo di prova ma dubito di andare avanti.

Scammed and/or misled by ManyChat. In 8 weeks I've organically earned 8.000 followers for two instagram business profiles that had only 4.000 followers. 'Say Hi to new followers' didn't work. Asking for help didn't work. Service requests werent asnwered. result: ZERO value added by ManyChat, hours and thousands of opportunities lost because of ManyChat.
