I had the intention to get a 14 days trial and got a charge of about $319.01 in my cc. That's the annual cost. I asked for a refund, and nothing.

Very dissapppinted. For an app that’s supposed to help your business run more smoothly it’s useless. I repeatedly entered my email, yes correctly, to sign up. Then tried to connect it to my tik tok. It says that it needs to verify the email that it already verified, but it NEVER sends a code. I tried two emails, no go, I tried using Apple, repeatedly declines and says try again( I do not have any issues w my Apple ID) I tried using “Google” but that essentially just refers back to the same emails and does the same thing. “Verify ur email” never sends the code. What crap

I Subscribed to ManyChat on July 9th, 2026 and quickly needed to upgrade my subscription to Pro. I did that and paid for 2500 contact overages over my 2500 limit. Then I sat and waited until August 9th for the subscription limit to reset. It didn't! When I connected with their ChatBot, it said they should have reset on August 8th Not only did it not, reset, but it sent out partial automations (it did this the entire time) which were actively detrimental to my brand because people were just left hanging. But they are actively now sending out partial automations that I have asked to not be active on my account any longer. What is more: ManyChat charges you for anyone who DMs you. So my very best friend who messages me on the regular, my contacts that I got myself...oh yeah, ManyChat bills for that. They charge you for support and then it's terrible. They don't reply. it feels very much like "we're the only ones who can do this, and we've got you locked into a year-long subscription so HAHAHA". I've emailed and given then 48 hours to refund my subscription and get the heck out of my IG account before I dispute the charge with my credit card company. This is not an inexpensive service and they bleed you dry for ANY message that comes into your account, even ones that have nothing to do with them, the account doesn't automatically reset, there is no way to cancel your account "manage" your account only give you the option to upgrade, they email constantly to upgrade, but thank God I didn't, I'd been in for even more with what feels really spammy.

Cool idea but terribly executed. I tried the trial, which was displayed in a monthly fee after the trial. I noticed the “contacts” they charge you for are any and every conversation in your inbox, not just chats generated from Manychat. Then I went to my ops, noticed it was set to charge me for the annual plan. I wanted to change my plan to a monthly plan, but apparently you can’t switch back to a monthly plan. So that’s scammy, I hadn’t even paid yet. THEN I decided to cancel, not worth it. But guess who keeps trying to charge my card?? I have taken all forms of payment off the website, but if I use a card for something on my computer, they steal the data and try to charge that card. Incredibly scammy. I can’t delete my account even. SUPER SCAMMY.

Not only did they deliver less than 10% of the advertised number of followers they also took money from my account 6 months after cancelling and never paid the refund they promised. They also never respond to messages or email. You figure which is worst. Don't go anywhere near this business. I have also reported manychat for fraudulent activity.

I had a disappointing experience with the ManyChat Affiliate Program. After generating referrals, my commissions were removed before payout, and my affiliate account was terminated without a clear explanation. Communication regarding the issue was also unsatisfactory. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their affiliate program.

0 out of 5 stars — if that were an option I started using ManyChat three weeks ago to grow my Instagram presence. ManyChat markets itself as a "trusted Meta Business Partner" — a claim I now view with serious skepticism. Shortly after integrating ManyChat, my Instagram account was flagged for "suspicious activity" and is now undergoing a forced account clean-up that is removing posts dating back to 2017. Instagram's own support team has confirmed they can find no bugs or issues on my profile — despite the fact that I am Meta Verified. The only variable that changed in the weeks before this happened was ManyChat's integration with my account. I am now out the cost of a subscription, and far more importantly, I am at risk of losing an Instagram account I have maintained since 2013 — nearly a decade of content and community, potentially wiped out because of a third-party tool that was supposed to help me grow, not put my account in jeopardy. To make matters worse, ManyChat's support is effectively unreachable. There is no meaningful way to get a real response when something goes catastrophically wrong, which is unacceptable for a platform that positions itself as an official, trusted Meta partner. I cannot in good conscience recommend ManyChat to any creator or business who values their account's integrity. If you have built something over years, think twice before connecting it to this platform.
