I ordered a ring that was too big due to research telling me I needed to size up for an 8mm band. Customer service worked with me to get my exchange processed quickly, and really didn't have to. So thankful for them. This company is amazing. Thank you so much!

Manly Bands was decent, but avoid them!
Manly Bands used to be decent, but quality and customer service have gone drastically downhill. I placed an order on June 22nd and asked to have the order canceled on June 24th. I was then told the order had shipped, but no worries, they would accept the return and refund the entire order. It is now July 12th, and the DHL website shows the ring is en route to DHL since June 24th. Something must be going on with the company, because its phone and live chat are no longer functioning.

Gold Chunks Falling Out
We ordered a gold band with wood inlay. I have had the band for 3 years and it has been falling apart (Chunks of gold falling out) since the 6 month mark. We initially reached our for a warranty request, but my band was "unrepairable" and also out of production. Their only solution was to return my band for a new model, but I would rather keep the band I was given on my wedding day. Overall was very disappointed with the quality. I had the ring inspected by a jeweler who said the gold was very poorly processed. This ring was very expensive and I expected far more.

Really frustrating experience from start to finish.
The ring arrived a week late, and before it was even one year old it started coming apart. For a wedding band that cost nearly $600, that's pretty shocking.
When I contacted Manly Bands, I was first told the ring would be replaced. Then they changed course and said they wanted it sent back for repair instead. The communication throughout the warranty process was confusing and inconsistent, and it often felt like the expectations kept changing.
One example: I was instructed to return the ring in the original poly bag it was shipped in. It's a strange thing to ask for a warranty claim on a ring that was purchased nearly a year ago. Am I really expected to keep every piece of packaging for that long in anticipation of needing a warranty repair?
What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of any real customer service by phone. Every interaction has been through email because whenever I call during the company's posted business hours, I get a recording telling me to call back during normal business hours. I've never actually been able to reach a person.
Things break sometimes. I understand that. But when you're selling a nearly $600 wedding band, customers should be able to expect better quality, clear communication, and a straightforward warranty process when something goes wrong.
Between the late delivery, the ring failing before its first anniversary, the confusing warranty experience, and the inability to reach anyone by phone, I can't recommend this company. A wedding ring should be something you can count on. Unfortunately, neither the ring nor the customer service lived up to that expectation.

Not durable and overpriced.
Ordered “the lead” which came to about $700 AUD on special, at that price point I thought it would be a durable ring.
3 weeks in and it’s already scratched as if it were months old, it’s deteriorating quickly and I’ve taken it easy, work from home and take it off for manual tasks.
Posted a similar review on their website and it hasn’t been published.
Very disappointing.

50% failure rate...
I ordered two wedding rings - one for me and the other for my wife. We are happy with my wife's ring - good quality and great service when ordering.
However, my ring - the troubador - has degraded massively in less than two years.
I have sent multiple support emails to give Manly a chance to rectify the issue and I have been ignored.

RING TOO TIGHT, ONLY ONE EXCHANGE ALLOWED
At the recommendation of Manly Band's literature, we ordered one half size down from my fiance's normal ring size and the ring was too tight. I had paid extra $18 for "easy returns" and they allowed one return to a ring 1/2 size bigger. Still too tight. Then I requested a final exchange for another 1/2 size up and was told that no further exchanges are allowed. I have sent them two emails to their "help" email with no response. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY.

Manly Bands Did Right By Me
I posted a message about a problem with my Manly Bands ring (the problems were mostly if not all my fault) in July 2025. Manly Bands then reached out to me in January 2026. They cared about my issue and offered to redo my ring. I just got my redone ring and am thrilled with it. Manly Bands did more than right by me and I love my ring!
