Ring is great bit I'm disappointed in the shipping time. Free shipping policy states 7 days or more in transit but in today's eCommerce that is way too long.

Disappointed not getting the labor day sale. Also no description for the engravement. I dont know if its going to be engraved on the inside or outside. That option would be awesome so customers are not surprised when they get their ring.

These reviews are bullshit and help no one, would have been 5 stars if not for the review prompt email.. Also seems premature since I ordered 2 days ago and won’t have the rings for a while yet to give a more accurate review. Shopping experience was fine. Good website and support. The page kept telling me to use the coupon code to save 25% but when I tried to put the code in at check out was told it wasn’t valid on my product even though the product page said it was a valid product. And the wouldn’t let me check out due to not entering a coupon code. Had to log out & back in 3x to finally purchase

Great company although when it comes to the BOGO Mystery Ring Promotional Gift... We should not be sent retired rings. For the mystery ring I was under the impression it was going to be one of the 20 rings in this selection within the promo image. Upon opening the package I receive a rainbow ring (Baker) which the ring is nice but it's not suitable for my work nor matches any of the clothing I have. As a first time buyer I'm both disappointed that I got a retired ring and disappointed that customer service isn't able to have this ring shipped back to them and replace it with a non-retired ring.
