I have only been wearing my ring for 3 weeks and all the centre of the ring has peeled off. I have reached out to the company multiple times and filed a warranty claim and they just point blank ignore you. Very poor quality and non existent customer service.

It says it ships in 1-2 days now I'm getting messages saying it's 4-6 weeks. None of the coupon codes were applicable. Do better. Edit: I received text messages from "Jason" saying it would take 4-6 weeks to ship.

Received my ring on October 5th, that I ordered on August 23rd. Not too worried about the turnaround time, but the ring looks nothing like the one on the website and I'm very disappointed. I've tried to start the return process, but no one from Manly Bands has responded, and the phone number listed for the company is not a working number. Even the chat feature wouldn't respond. Hopefully someone will reach out to help with my return process. I need to purchase another wedding band for my wedding in TWO weeks.

Ordered a 18k plated vice chain from them. It came loose in box, and was significantly different from the posted photos. It was longer than 22 inches and two the coloring was almost a dark orange. Shipping was extraordinarily bad in my opinion. It should’ve taken 4-5 days but after that came and passed, it only came after I reached out to customer service to get it moving. Took almost 2 weeks.

Hey Austin, I am so sorry this is what you got, on more than one front. Your order arriving loose in the box and looking noticeably different in length and color from what's shown isn't the outcome we want, and I want to look into what happened with this specific piece. On shipping, having to reach out just to get things moving isn't how that process should work either, we should be catching those delays before you have to chase them down. I am personally going to do some digging and figure out how this happened to prevent it in the future. Thanks for the honest feedback, I really appreciate it.

I just purchased the sizer to make sure the ring I'm getting from yall fits correctly. I wish you would apply the cost of the sizer to the band being purchased like other ring services.

*Update- Hi, I got an email saying the price would be adjusted, but I was still charged the original amount with no refund yet. Checking in. Thanks! Original- The website automatically logged me into “shop” and charged my card on file without giving me the option to scroll down before I could confirm the order and add the discount code “legend25” to save $62.50. Is there any way to get that part refunded? It appears I can’t cancel the order and reorder because it was custom engraving. Which is fine, I don’t want to cancel, but $62.50 is a large discount to lose out on due to technology issue, not on my end. Thank you in advance.

. On your website you mentioned "hassle free exchange" meaning order any size and swap it free in 30 days if it's not right. I ordered a ring for my fiancée. It's too small. I tried to do a swap and it will not let me because it came from the states and I live in Canada. Now I have to return it through UPS in the same package and pay extra to send it back to the states. And I have to pay more if it's not sent back in the original package. Also, I have to travel to a ups store since my town doesn't have one. Now I have to order a different size and pay more money! My wedding is next month! You offer expedited shipping on your website but I go to check out and I don't get that option.

Followed their sizing kit. First ring didn’t fit. Exchange “size 12” also didn’t fit and arrived with black residue all over it that came off on my hands. I am getting married in under two months. It took multiple emails to get a straight answer. They finally approved a full refund and a prepaid return label. The product and sizing process failed. The refund only happened because I refused another exchange and put it in writing.
