I disliked that the new member discount code or any code did not work.

Hey Ashley, Thanks so much for sharing your experience! We know how frustrating it is to have a specific ring in mind and find out a promo code doesn't apply to it. Some of our items are excluded from certain promotions, which is likely what happened here. We try to make that clear before checkout, but we hear you on the disappointment.
