Very easy process, and the ring is better than expected. They even included a silicone ring and the rings arrived in a really cool box!

Hi Jacob, Glad the whole process felt smooth for you, ordering shouldn't be the hard part when you've already made the harder decision of picking the ring. And it's always fun when the little extras end up being just as memorable as the ring itself. Thank you for taking the time to share!

We have struggled with alot of our purchases for our wedding and by far this was THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. We ordered my fiances wedding band from here and i messed up the size and they fixed it right away for me. We love them so much we wanted to order my band, but my fingers are too chunky.

The ordering process was easy, and having a PDF to be able to get my ring size was a great idea. Communication throughout the whole process, order, ship, tracking, delivery was unexpectedly a fantastic experience cant say i have seen this taken care of to this top notch level before. The ring fits well, looks great and my wife has given plenty of approvals.

I was going to surprise my fiancé at our wedding with the ring, but decided to make sure it was the right size just in case. And thank goodness I did because it was too small. Yikes! But the customer service at Manly Bands was absolutely amazing! They sent me a return label and I made the exchange to a larger size AND had it engraved! Thank you Manly Bands! You guys are the best of the best! And I will recommend you to literally everyone I know!

Hi Jill, Your instinct to double check the size ahead of time is what saved the surprise, that kind of foresight isn't easy when you're juggling everything else that comes with planning a wedding. We're just glad our team could match that effort with a quick turnaround on the exchange and engraving. Thank you for trusting us with something this meaningful, and congratulations on the wedding!
