Hey Matt, I want to walk through what actually happened here, because I don't think the timeline came across clearly. This wasn't a case of an issue happening and then us waiting to see if you'd notice or cancel first. We were seeing shipping problems surface in real time specifically on Canadian orders, including yours, and our team was actively working through them as they came up, not after the fact. Once it became clear the delay risked dragging on longer without a clear resolution, I made the call to proactively cancel and refund Canadian orders affected by this rather than let people sit in more uncertainty or risk a reorder hitting the same problem. I know that's still frustrating when you were counting on the ring, and a week and a half of not knowing what was happening is a long time to wait. I'm sorry it played out this way, and I appreciate you being willing to share it, even as a rough experience.
