La vajilla llego muy bien embalada. Muy bonita.

Das Geschirr kam schnell an. DHL lieferte es jedoch an eine Postfiliale statt an meine Adresse, was die Abholung sehr erschwerte. Ich beschwerte mich bei Malacaza, und man bot mir mehrere Lösungsmöglichkeiten an. Schließlich holte ich das Geschirr selbst ab; es war unversehrt, wunderschön und entsprach genau den Abbildungen. Malacaza bedankte sich und versprach mir 5 Euro als Entschädigung für die Selbstabholung. Ich war mit dem Kundenservice und dem Geschirr sehr zufrieden.

Von der Bestellung bis zur Lieferung nur 3 Tage,so soll online Einkauf funktionieren!!!Das Tafelservice war sehr gut verpackt und ohne Mängel.Kann die Marke MalaCasa uneingeschränkt empfehlen,sehr gerne mal wieder!!!

Very easy to place my order on the website and see the different collections. The sets were delivered safely and securely. Customer service when contacted were prompt and offered excellent support. I'd highly recommend MalaCasa, and will be ordering from them again. The plates are beautiful in design and I get many compliments on them.

Packaging was great everything came in perfect condition. Plates were as described. The only thing I have to say that’s negative is they don’t stack perfectly straight.
