I used to go play magic money loved the game and they took it out now I have to go to 4winds casino to play the game. Took out fun machines and put in lines of machines that no one plays. I was on a recent visit to Majestic Star Casino. when I had a machine malfunction. I waited 13 minutes after not finding a slot attendant, or tech to fix my machine. I turned on about 25 change and service lights. The security guards and even the bar tender tried to help me. I then asked for a slot supervisor. The slot attendant finally came. Mildred, I think. As soon as she left, my machine malfunctioned once again. I then turned on every light on the casino floor. The cashiers were even trying to help me. I even went behind the Attendant, turned on her light, as she kept talking to employees. My entire wait was about 40-50 minutes from beginning to end. Mary, the supervisor finally came. I felt as if I was keeping her from doing her reports. Since she mentioned her reports were going to be late. Isabel fixed my machine and was very pleasant and courteous. Mary took several more minutes to, I guess check to see if I had really waited a long time. She did ask if there was something she could do for me. I told her "NO", due to I didn't want to keep her any longer. I told her all she would probably offer me would be a buffet. I find THAT buffet, undesirable. JOHN D. from security always puts a smile on my face in the mornings.

Overall I find it better than other casino for their give-away offers. The food needs to be improved. It's not very appealing.

We receined wonderful service,taking care of our needs without hovering over us.The food was delivered hot and full flavored .Timely. It felt like we were being taken care of by friends.

While it has all the trappings of a Casino, you don't have to look to far to see it is just a front. Poorly trained employees and staff make every visit an adventure. I do feel comfortable in the Casino sort of a big fish little pond mentality. But not the place where your made to feel welcome. The steak house is a Bright spot. and worth a shot. Wish management would wake up and make some long time needed changes in operations
